Suspected scam
I buy a left rear lock for a 2010 Punto Evo, (I should point out that the screen showed me vehicle compatibility in the details) I was contacted by the seller by email, who wrote to me asking me to send photos of the registration document, license plate number, etc. For their compatibility check of the part. Having done that, they sent me another email, in which they wanted me to contact them by phone. I called, and magically they told me that the purchased part was not compatible and that, if I wanted the right one, I would have to add another €20! I told them that was fine with me, they sent me the payment request via PayPal, I paid, and the shipment was sent! Too bad the lock is for the right side! If I return it, I have the impression that they will only refund the amount I paid on eBay and not the additional PayPal amount. I wanted to report the seller but eBay tells me that an error occurred, please try again later! It doesn't work! What should I do?
