I contacted an Italian seller living in Italy and he clarified some details about a product. He is offering a used product, and when I add it to the cart or click buy it now, its value and the shipping value are increased by about 22% (as if they were prices without VAT), but the product is used and is not imported; we are both in Italy.The seller says he doesn't know why.Does anyone know what is happening and whether the seller made some mistake in the listing or whether this is normal practice? This has never happened to me with previous purchases.Thanks
