I would like to understand why, in the showcase, the price is for example 10 euros shipping included and when you access the seller's item, the price is increased and shipping is charged. Can someone explain to me why? It is very, very unfair.

Have you opened the listing of an international seller?

Maybe the free shipping refers to the domestic market and when you open the listing the system recognizes you as a resident in Italy and applies the international rate.

Maybe the price is increased by VAT, which has to be paid for any item imported into Italy from a non-EU country.
