First the part didn’t arrive... then it arrived wrong
Hello. I ordered a car part. a special reverse switch that costs more than 60 euros. It wasn't arriving anymore and I opened a dispute. I sent a message to the seller and in the end a water thermostat arrived that has nothing to do with the switch. Now, I have opened the dispute again.
How do I return the item if it won't let me do anything until I close the dispute for the missing part not arriving?
