Hello, I made my first sale but I need to verify the details with the payouts, the buyer has already made the payment. The money has already arrived in my account and so can I send the package even while waiting for verification, or has the money not been sent?

if you still need to verify your bank account, ebay has NOT paid you anything yet...
I’d suggest updating your account as soon as possible, so that your account is fully ready to receive payments.
Also remember that since you’re a new seller, ebay holds all payments for at least 15 days, until you get the hang of it and ebay considers you a trustworthy seller.
