First sale on eBay. Problem with shipping
Hello, for years I have used Ebay to buy both new and second-hand items and I have always had a great experience. Last week for the first time I put an item up for sale, a used Nintendo console. After about three days I was contacted by a Polish user who first asked me questions to make sure about the condition of the item and then bought it. The shipment was made with the Crono Internazionale service. The package was shipped on May 4th and remained at customs until today, when checking the tracking I discovered, to my surprise, that the package was marked as "returned to sender". I tried contacting both ebay and Poste support, but I still haven't received a reply. However, an idea popped into my head. The buyer registered on ebay a few days before I put the listing online and therefore has zero feedback, what I thought is: do scams like this exist?
On the one hand I am sorry for what happened to the buyer, on the other hand I am worried about running into problems both with ebay and legally.
should I be worried or is this something that can happen especially with poste italiane?
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds

Check carefully why your package was sent back.
International parcel should be a service reserved for companies.
