Cell battery problem
I bought a battery for a cell phone 5 months ago, but now it has swollen and the seller doesn't want to refund it because he says more than 60 days have passed, when the listing doesn't mention the warranty period anywhere. Unfortunately, I paid by card and not PayPal, and eBay doesn't provide the option to open a dispute in the purchase options. What can I do?

Mentore3 years agoIf you bought it from a professional seller with a registered office in an EU country, you have the 24-month legal warranty. During the first 6 months, the burden of proving that it broke because of your improper use is on the seller.
