Problem I have with putting up for sale

I can’t manage to create listings because when I click “put it up for sale,” a message appears at the top telling me I need to update and verify all my details. I click it, verify all the details, email, phone number and address, go back, but I still can’t put it up for sale because it sends me back to the previous screen. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Thanks
