Problem with the amount to pay

Guys, I have a problem: when I buy an item, when the total of the costs appears, I get the price of the item plus the shipping cost minus a discount that was applied to me, and for some reason the total that came up for payment didn't add up. Has this happened to anyone, or does anyone know why this happens?
