Problem with buyer

Hi, I’ve been a private seller for several years, but this is the first time this has happened to me and I don’t know what to do, so I’m asking you for advice. I sold a smartphone that was practically new with all the protective films on it, the box had been opened but it had never been used, and I specified that in the description, as well as putting up the photo with the open box. Item condition “new” — I know “opened, never used” would have been better, but that was specified. I also wrote that I’d include the receipt and 2 years of warranty. In the listing it was visible that I do not accept returns.
The buyer contacts me (after buying it) asking me when the warranty started, and I tell him that about 3 months have passed since I’ve had it on eBay for a while. After 2 weeks from delivery he contacts me saying he is not satisfied because he saw the receipt (I paid 405 for it while I sold it to him for 410) and that he feels cheated. He says I can’t make a profit on something that doesn’t have the 2-year warranty with receipt (photographed with the price omitted), which should prove 21 months of warranty... I explain that between shipping and fees I lost money and that he was informed about the warranty status. Then he brings up the fact that he can’t be sure the phone was never used and so he starts the return process: "item sold as new with 2 years of warranty that it does not actually have, I can't be sure it wasn't used there are obvious signs of dust on the protective film."
In short, from my side there was complete transparency. The chat can testify that he knew everything. If he wasn’t happy with it, he could have simply asked to cancel the order.
I would wait the 3 days to be able to ask eBay to step in — in your opinion, who will they side with?
Thanks everyone

Mentore1 year agoIf he doesn't make mistakes, they'll side with him. To avoid risking losing money and the item, maybe it's better to accept the return and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return shipment.
