Problem with the online auction
Good morning everyone, a few days ago I created an auction to resell something that was on pre-order. The day before yesterday the site contacted me to tell me that the order was no longer available and so I found myself without any item to sell. I tried to cancel the auction but it didn’t get canceled, I don’t understand why, so I let it expire and now I’ve ended up with a pending payment on eBay made by a buyer. I contacted the buyer explaining the situation, I tried to cancel the sale but even before canceling it I saw that it said "amount owed" €17.55! I would have sold the item for €262, eBay would have kept €14 in fees, fair enough, that’s fine, but I can’t sell it and now I find myself with an amount to pay of €17.55 and it says "available funds €229" with the order still to be canceled! What is happening??? To recap, I have €229 in available funds (starting from €0 in the balance), I listed the item for sale at €262, and now if I cancel they take down €17.55! What is happening??? Please help me because they’re scamming me here

Mentore2 years agoIf you cancel the order correctly, you won’t lose much (0.35€), read these three pages carefully and never go beyond the time limits set by eBay procedures .....
