PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING CODE
Good morning, I started a return for a package, I shipped it with my own courier (Ups), in the return details I entered Ups as "other courier" and put the shipping code but it won't let me proceed. Where am I going wrong?

Adding shipping code details to your return protects you from delays and any issues related to the refund process. If you're using your own shipping label for the return, here's how to add the shipping code to the return:
