Hello everyone,I’d like to share a serious issue I ran into on eBay and ask for your advice.I bought an item on eBay, but the page shows “delivered and signed for,” even though I never received the package.After checking a few things:The tracking information shows delivered and signature required.But the package was not delivered directly to me.It’s possible the courier signed for the package but did not actually deliver it, and instead left it in a public area, after which it was lost.Current status:I have already contacted the courier company, and the matter is under investigation/refund.I have filed a police report and collected all the evidence.I have shared all the history and documents with the seller.However, the seller:refuses any cooperationrefuses a refunddoes not want to communicate with the courier.I have already opened a dispute on eBay, but the process is still ongoing.I’m writing to ask:How do you handle similar cases of “signature unrecognized and not delivered”?How can I get eBay to escalate this case for manual review?Any advice or similar experience would be very helpful.I don’t want to accuse anyone; I just want to solve the problem the right way.Thank you all.
