Problem with invalid shipping label

Hello,
I sold an item on eBay and generated the shipping label through your platform, paying the cost as usual. However, when I went to drop off the package at the post office, I was told that the shipping code appears to be “already used” or “invalid.” I kindly ask you to check the situation and provide support to resolve the issue, possibly by issuing a new label or refunding the amount spent.

it depends on what you bought...
If the shipment included home pickup, you can't take it to the post office.
If it was meant to be delivered to a pickup point, you can't take it to the post office.
Long story short, try taking it to a pickup point or the former SDA office... you'll see they'll pick it up.
