Problem with creating a label and canceling it
I wanted to report my problem to understand what to do: after a sale I proceeded to generate a shipping label through eBay Shipping with InPost. Realizing that the product I was selling was damaged, I canceled the sale and so I didn’t send anything. Now I’m being charged the shipping amount by eBay; through the eBay site I can’t cancel the shipment and InPost can’t cancel the shipment because it was never taken in charge. I contacted both eBay and InPost but nothing came of it; they bounce the responsibility back and forth and I find myself having to pay for a shipment that was never sent.... after an hour of chat there is still no solution.
