Problem with shipping
Hello, I completed the return process for an item, after the return was accepted by eBay, I was asked if I wanted to purchase a shipping label, and I did so, I left the package at the post office for shipping, in the tracking I can see all the shipping processing steps, but for about a week now the shipment has been being processed at a postal processing center and there have been no updates, so it has still not been delivered and therefore I have not received and will not receive a refund.
How could one proceed in these cases?

I don't see any other alternatives...
