problem with InPost Italy shipping on eBay

Good morning,
I’m reporting an issue with InPost Italia shipments on eBay.
For some domestic shipments, eBay shows a tracking link that redirects to inpost.co.uk, but that site does not recognize Italian codes and the tracking appears incorrect or not updated.
The correct tracking, however, works only on inpost.it with the parameter ?number=.
In this case, the shipment is regularly picked up, delivered to the InPost Point and available for pickup by the recipient, but the status on eBay may remain stuck on “Label created”.
I would like confirmation that, in these cases, the buyer’s manual confirmation of receipt is valid for delivery purposes, even if the automatic tracking on eBay does not update correctly.

Mentore8 months agoNo... the buyer has no way at all to confirm delivery.
On eBay, only the tracking is valid, and if it shows not delivered, that’s what counts.
