Good morning, I would like to receive your comments, opinions, and help with a problem I have with shipments.Instead, I receive and the GLS courier's send&sell site updates and I see the shipments to be made, I print labels and everything, after shipping, the status "shipped" does not update in the EBAY back office, on the EBAY site, so it remains as still to be shipped, I have already re-set it, entering the KEY again, or it seems everything is OK. In fact, on the GLS site the "test" or "trial" communication button shows OK. Also, to solve it, I go to the ebay site, and set Marked as shipped, and at first I get "Shipped" but then after a few minutes, it goes back to "to be shipped" I attach a photo so you can understand me. Please can you tell me where to check? I already opened "tickets" on the ebay helpdesk, but they didn't solve it for me.. I would like to know how to fix it, THANKS in advance
