Problem with login via tablet

Good morning

I have a problem to solve regarding the username and password change I made this morning

basically if I log in with the new details from my desktop PC there are no problems

while if I use the tablet even though I enter the details correctly it gives me an error, I’d like to understand

what could have happened and if possible solve it.

thanks a lot for replying to my problem, I solved it by reinstalling the application, now it works

even from tablet!
