hi, I have a problem. On 21 January I sold and shipped an item. As of today, 10 April, the item still hasn’t arrived and I think it will never arrive to my buyer. I reported the problem twice to the post office (the service I shipped with through packlink), but nothing, they close my report without a response. I contact packlink support and get no response. The buyer rightly wants a refund, but this way I would lose both money and the item. How could I proceed?
