Issue with refund
good evening, I need to make a return but the system is asking me to download a label and the shipping location, Poste, etc. Once everything is filled out when I go to payment the PayPal payment method does not process the requested amount.
I wanted to ask if I can ship to the seller outside of eBay anyway or if I’m required to use the site.
It’s impossible to pay with PayPal, I’ve tried several times

Mentore1 year agoYou can use whichever system is convenient for you: post or courier. What's important is that it be a tracked shipment so you can then enter the code in the eBay return procedure.
