problem with pickup in the area
Good morning, I sold an item and the buyer asks me if local pickup is possible, which he would handle himself. I agree, and the buyer pays with PayPal
After a week I contact him via an eBay message since the pickup has still not been done, offering to ship it or cancel the transaction if he is no longer interested
He confirms his interest and reiterates his intention to arrange the pickup, but when I ask him to provide me with a definite date on which he will pick it up, he does not reply
I ask, for how long will I have to keep the sold item available for the gentleman? If I don't know when he will pick it up, how can I keep it available?
If the situation doesn't get resolved soon, what can I do?

Mentore3 years agoThe owner of the item is him and you are its custodian.
So you write to him that if he doesn't pick it up within 10 days, you will be forced to cancel the order and refund him. Be careful whether pickup in the area was already specified in the listing, and remember to have him give you the code at the time of pickup.
