Problem with international eBay shipping

Hello everyone and thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. On August 22, 2025 I bought a vinyl record from the UK with international eBay shipping, and the
shipment seemed to be proceeding normally if it weren’t for the fact that since September 4 the tracking status has been stuck at “B2C CLEARENCE STATUS 4”, which means that the package has cleared customs but has not yet been handed over to Poste Italiane for delivery. I’ve already made purchases with this type of shipping and I’ve always received everything within the expected timeframes. Has this ever happened to you?
