Hi, I sold a new, sealed oral hygiene set and shipped it to Israel (it’s not the first time I’ve shipped to that country).Upon receipt, the buyer sends me photos saying the item arrived without the original packaging, with missing parts, and blames me.I’m sure, or at least the most logical thing I can think of, is that they opened it at customs, especially because it showed stickers that weren’t there when it was shipped. In this case, is there a way to protect myself and avoid having to refund them the whole amount? Thanks to anyone who can help me
