Problem with an order
Hello, I have a problem with an order, maybe by mistake I added local pickup, but instead I wanted to add home delivery. The order was confirmed and the seller does not accept cancellation, moreover they are not answering me

Mentore3 years agoYou couldn’t add anything. You could only choose from the options the seller offered you.
Probably there was only the local pickup option, and it’s something bulky or delicate that the seller doesn’t want to ship.
If the seller doesn’t accept the cancellation (doesn’t reply) and you’ve already paid, try asking eBay for help with an item not received. Maybe you can soften the seller up and get the order canceled.
