problem with a payment
Hi everyone, a few days ago... on 19-01 I wanted to make 2 purchases that were in the cart, but then only 1 went through because they say the other seller doesn’t ship to my area. The problem is that they took the money for both, and no one knows what happened to the money for the second item because it was debited from my Postepay card, but eBay says it never reached them even though on my transactions it shows eBay payments. Has anyone had this problem? thanks

Mentore3 years agoIf the payment is not recorded, it will be reversed within a few days... otherwise, contact support again with the transaction number.
