Problem with seller
I bought 4 alloy wheels on eBay and after realizing on arrival that one was broken I contacted the seller who denied having sent broken wheels; in the end the crack could also be seen from the listing photos anyway I started the return process the seller prepares the label and the courier comes to pick up the package at the moment the wheels are reported as missing nothing shows up in tracking I sent a certified email to Poste complaints and no one replies the seller says he hasn't received anything getting in touch with eBay is impossible or incomprehensible I had a deadline for the return shipment by today and now I wouldn't know what else to do

Mentore2 years agoThe return deadline is based on the shipping date.
However, I’m afraid that if the package doesn’t reach the recipient, there could be problems with the refund.
