Problem with seller

Hello everyone, a week ago I bought a product, a Nintendo Switch at an impossible-to-find price, coming from Malaysia. In the description it was described as a completely normal Nintendo Switch, included original accessories, and it was marked as new. I wrote to the seller and he told me it was an original Nintendo console. One day after the purchase the listing was gone and if I try to write to the seller it says unregistered user even though after a couple of days I was assigned a shipping code, but nothing has been shipped yet. In the ad it said returns accepted and eBay customer guarantee. What should I do? Do you think it's a scam?
