Problem with seller in England

Good evening, I bought an item from a seller in England, in my details the recipient is repeated twice and maybe the & is causing problems.

and he can't create the shipping ticket.

He is asking me to change and correct my name in the order, I corrected it in the settings but now how do I make it effective in the order already placed?

You can't.

Maybe it's best to have the order canceled, correct the address, and place the purchase again.
