Issue Controversy
Good morning, something strange happened to me: I shipped an item, as usual, I entered the tracking code and the buyer suddenly decided to open a dispute without writing to me or replying to my messages, saying that he wanted a refund because the item shows as delivered, but the tracking clearly says that the package has been shipped and is on its way to Italy.
eBay decided to give the buyer a full refund, now I’m wondering, since there’s no number to call or anyone to talk to and the buyer isn’t replying to messages, what should I do or what can I do?

Mentore2 years agoFirst of all, check the shipment and the tracking number.
If the number matches the one entered on the ebay portal and if (from the tracking) it shows that a package with that code was delivered to the address ebay gave you, you can appeal ebay's decision (better to talk to an operator first; the link is at the bottom of the page I’m sending you).

If instead there's some error or too much time has passed, there's nothing to be done.
