Issue with the "Order not found" label

Hello

Yesterday I sold an item, but all day long, when I try to click on the box "Purchase shipping label", I get a page saying "Order not found". I would like to know whether the problem is related to my account or to a system bug, and if so whether there is any way to solve it somehow.

I hope you had 2 PS4s to sell. You sold two, one on the 7th and one on May 8th. So the orders are visible.
