Problem reading shipment QR code
Hello everyone, I’ve noticed for quite some time that when I go back and reread the details of the various items I’ve sold over time, in the dedicated section for the Shipping Code, if I entered the code directly by scanning the QR Code with my phone camera, I always see very long codes that seem nonexistent if entered on the Poste, SDA, GLS etc. websites...For example, this code: 110000105219999999999IVC0031029348YY9999ZZZZ obviously cannot be the code written on the shipping receipt, so I’m wondering why this happens? And above all, how can I figure out what the original code was?
It happens to me EVERY time I scan the QR to save time, too bad that then if I want to check on the carrier’s website whether the shipment has been delivered I can’t do it because it says the code is wrong.
Can you help me please? Does this happen to anyone else?
