Order issue, cancellation and refund
Hello, today I placed the order for the new Napoli shirt, paying via PayPal. After confirming and paying, I realized I had entered the wrong ZIP code in the shipping address, so I immediately asked to cancel the order. But since the item is sold directly by Napoli (official store), I’m also trying to contact them, but I doubt they’ll reply, so what happens now? On PayPal it tells me to contact eBay, eBay tells me to contact the seller, do I have to wait the 3 days and sort it out, or is there another way?

Mentore3 years agoYou have to hope that the seller manages to cancel the order before shipping.
Otherwise (since this is only your mistake):
if the package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, you will have to pay for the new shipping to the correct address;
if it gets lost, you will not be entitled to a refund.
