package problem
hello, I have a problem: my package, due to a failed first delivery, was sent to the post office center in my city and was basically stuck there. After I made the release request, I got an angry message from the seller saying that I had requested a refund when I had only requested that the package be released. Now I’ve closed the release request and it says I can no longer request it again. What should I do?

the release request on eBay does not exist.
You must have opened some request... item not received... and then closed it?
Now you have to wait for the package to be released by the seller or for it to be returned to him... if it is returned to him, the seller will have two options: resend the item to you if you pay for a new shipment, or he can refund you net of the shipping costs he incurred.
In any case, if the attempted delivery was due to your absence or failure to be there, you are not covered by the eBay customer guarantee.

OP1 year agoand the physical address was wrong because the tobacconist had moved,
so I opened the release request to go and
pick it up myself
