I wrote to the seller on the 6th and the 21st of this month with specific questions about an item whose description is lacking. A pair of shoes, an item for which some details are essential. No reply. It’s strange because they have positive feedback regarding communication. Unbelievable!!! But are the feedbacks real? On top of that, it’s not clear how to contact eBay to report the problem, none of the suggested topics fit, and in fact it seems there’s no room for pre-purchase issues. Thanks. DS
