Reaction problem
Good evening, I’m having trouble with a return because the seller kindly asks me to mark the package as shipped, but when I enter the shipping code it gives me an error. I would kindly like to ask how I can solve this issue because the seller says that until I mark the item as shipped, they can’t proceed with the return.

you need to enter the shipping code and carrier correctly... only you can solve the problem by entering everything the right way.
