Issue resolved
Good morning, I can't manage to return a package (with which I received goods that don't match) because at the post office they tell me that the shipment linked to the return code I was given doesn't exist. The seller can't be reached by message. Does anyone know how I should proceed? Thanks to anyone who wants to help me.

probably the label provided by the seller cannot be used at the post office... only you know what they sent you...
For example, if it is an ex-SDA label, it cannot be used at the post office but at an Italian Post Office branch... that is, ex SDA.
