Problem receiving payment funds
Good morning,
I sold an item and I didn't realize that the IBAN into which I should have received the funds, once released, was the old one (the IBAN was changed by Poste Italiane when it expired, still under the same account holder). What can I do now? Who should I contact?

OP3 months agoThanks, I saw that the payment is already in progress to the old IBAN, I received the notification this morning, if I replace it do I risk compromising the operation? Or would it be better to wait and see if it’s automatically redirected to my current card (issued by Poste Italiane when the previous one expired)?
