Refund issue
Hi! I had ordered a book for an exam and with the Poste Italiane tracking code it still showed as not shipped even after the expected delivery date. So I’m asking for a refund because I’m afraid it might even arrive after the exam date. However, today, almost a week after receiving the refund, the package with the book arrives.
At this point I’d like to keep it and therefore send the money back to the seller; is there a way to do that? Thanks.

Mentore1 year agoFor eBay the procedure is closed, you should send the merchandise back with a prepaid label provided by the seller.
If you want to keep the book, you need to make arrangements with the seller for an extra eBay payment.
