Problem: I'm the seller and I need to cancel an order

I need help. I was selling a bicycle with a promoted listing on ebay.
Unfortunately the electric bike broke while I was disassembling it for shipment, so I informed the customer and wanted to cancel the transaction.
Unfortunately it says that I need to add a card and pay the promotion costs, which amount to about 90 euros.
I wanted to know whether these costs would be lost or whether they are later refunded by ebay since the order was canceled and I therefore did not complete the sale?

you won’t just have to pay for the sponsored post, but you’ll have to advance the full reimbursement.
If the sponsored post is standard, you’ll be reimbursed when your funds are available to be transferred to your account, which will not be before 15 days.
