Problem with a package out for delivery
Hi everyone, I sent a package on Tuesday 3 December with Poste Italiane Business Express (one business day) the package was shown as out for delivery yesterday at the SDA Modena branch but the user says they still haven't received it. As of today, the package's latest tracking update is still stuck at yesterday:
the shipment is out for delivery

Mentore1 year agoOut for delivery does not mean delivered.
Generally, it is marked as out for delivery when it is loaded onto the delivery van; this does not always mean it will be delivered the same day and, if the courier can't find the address on the label, the package could be sent back.
