Professional seller tag issue
Good morning everyone, I have a problem regarding the professional seller tag
about three weeks ago I converted my account from a regular account to a professional account, I entered all my details, but when I search for one of my products in the search bar my listing shows up as "private seller" and only when I open the ad does it show "professional seller" what could this be due to?...thanks!
