Shipping rates issue
Good morning, I need help
I made a sale on the eBay portal, the buyer purchased three items in a Multiple listing, but eBay charged three shipping fees, that is, one for each item, why is that?? how can I solve this so that the buyer pays only one shipping fee even if they buy three items in the same listing?

Mentore2 years agoIt wasn’t eBay that charged them, but you who don’t accept combined shipping... you just need to update your account and indicate how you want to handle customers who buy multiple items from you:
Shipping settings (ebay.it)
Also, you forgot to enter your VAT number... as a private seller you wouldn’t be able to sell the way you do...
