Tax problem
hi, is it really possible that we’ve been reduced to these forums? not even a chat or an email where you can ask? what a sh... service, I made an offer for a product and it was accepted, but at payment I find a higher price than the one offered, yet in the listing there was no additional fee, how is that possible? do I need to cancel the order? because obviously I’m not paying 20 euros more in taxes

Mentore1 year agoIf the seller is from outside the EU, it’s more than obvious that they ask you for VAT.
For amounts under 150 euros, VAT must be collected by the platform.
For higher amounts, duties, VAT and fees are usually collected by the courier in advance (international programs from the UK or US) or on delivery.
