Hello everyone,
I have a rather strange problem with the views on my eBay listings. Take, for example, the cutting discs listing: it has been for sale for 14 days and has literally only 2 total views.
3 days ago I increased the promoted rate from 2% to 10‑15%, but I haven’t seen any additional views through promotion. I’ve noticed that, lately, views have dropped “randomly,” even on items that previously had more traffic.
My feedback is all positive and I haven’t received any specific warnings from eBay.
Please, can you tell me:
what could I improve in my listings (title, description, photos, category, etc.)?
what could I add or change to recover at least a little visibility?
who is best to contact through eBay (support, seller team, etc.) to understand whether there is a technical or algorithm issue?
