purchase problems
Good morning,
I am writing to ask for information regarding the difficulties we are having with the last order we placed.
Once the payment is made, it says that the payment was unsuccessful and nothing reaches the seller.
We are asking the reason for what is happening to us, as we have had this problem completing the order since 19/07/2024.
