Problems with listings that eBay claims are fraudulent | Questions and answers among users

Good morning, does anyone have any idea why eBay keeps flagging one of my listings, claiming it’s fraudulent because it’s not authentic, when I upload photos of the actual item where the authenticity mark is clearly visible? What’s more, it’s an item that has been for sale on eBay by many other users. In this case it’s the "Stitch Pandora charm" for which I’m attaching photos of all the stamps engraved on the charm, and despite this, eBay keeps claiming that it isn’t original and can’t be sold. If anything similar has happened to anyone, can you give me an answer to this question? Thanks 🙏🏻
