Problems with return label

Good morning everyone,

I have a problem with a return. The seller who approved the return gave me the relevant code and is telling me to buy the return label at Poste or another carrier. I went to Poste and they tell me that without the we code provided by the seller they are unable to process the return. I contacted the seller again and they repeated that there is nothing they need to do on their side. Can you help me understand how I can buy a return label? Thanks
