Problems with my funds

Because of disputes my funds have been blocked for 2 months, which is absurd, since the dispute was due to delivery delays, which the customer still received anyway, but out of spite they did not withdraw the dispute, for the package received, now I say after 2 months can they still keep funds blocked that are also quite a large amount, they blocked all my funds, even the ones not disputed, all of this is absurd, eBay protects the buyer, but not the seller, taking away the ability to keep selling.
