Problems with my shipping address?
Good morning, I’ll describe my problem:
- first of all, my purchase receiving address has always been the same for years and I have never changed my “ account profile “.
- This is the second purchase I’ve made on eBay (from the EU) and the item gets stuck at the DHL sorting center.
- The first purchase I made a few months ago was sent back and the seller had to resend it to me.
Now my question is:
- isn’t it possible that the eBay label generation system has issues, so that the shipping address is generated with some error (a period or comma), causing the shipment to get stuck?
p.s. I buy and sell through another very well-known platform (V.), and I’ve never had any problems, but lately with eBay it’s been a nightmare…

Mentore2 years agoAsk the seller kindly to send you a copy of the bill of lading, so you can verify the address and understand whether it is an ebay issue or the carrier's.

OP2 years agoThanks so much for the kindness and the reply: yes, I had it sent to me just now and my address is correct… anyway, I still don’t understand why this problem only happens to me with eBay… oh well… I’ll wait… thanks 🙏🙏
